The BIA Backyard BBQ is an award-winning annual event hosted by the Baldy View Chapter at the beautiful master-planned Ontario Ranch Community. Guests ride in luxurious, air-conditioned limousines to tour a selection of model homes from top builders like Brookfield Residential and Lennar Homes, all while enjoying delicious BBQs, raffle prizes, and networking opportunities.
Over the years, attendance has grown from around 125 to nearly 500, underscoring the event’s popularity among homebuilding professionals, local officials, and real estate enthusiasts. In addition to showcasing new home communities, the BIA Backyard BBQ also supports important causes—most notably, by presenting funds to HomeAid Inland Empire to help build safe transitional housing for families in need.
